FBCLID 14 has implemented a new service ticket system designed to improve documentation, accountability, and communication for all service requests. This system will also provide notifications and updates related to submitted requests.

Future enhancements such as live lake and levee cameras, water level alerts, fountain remote monitoring, and remote fountain start are pending completion of the Ezee Fibre installation. These features will become available once the fiber work is completed, and a link is already in place on the website in anticipation of the connection.
